Building Commissioning is a process whereby project teams go through a testing, verification and documentation process that starts in design and continues into construction to ensure that a new building operates per the design intent and owner’s requirements.

A majority of DSD's engineering and architectural design work is for renovation projects, and we have significant expertise in reviewing existing buildings, systems and determining solutions to complex, multifaceted issues.
