Responsibilities

• Work with engineers for building design

• Calculate power load and lighting

• Collaborate and communicate across multi-discipline and multi-company/consultant project teams.

• Assist project managers with model presentation and client meetings

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or studying toward and equivalent and applicable degree

• 5 Years of relevant experience as an electrical designer or REVIT/BIM modeler in the A/E industry

• Proficient in AutoCAD 3D and/or REVIT

• Willing to work extended and flexible hours as required to complete assignments

• Physically capable of traveling to and from project sites for field observations, project meetings, and visual acuity to perform responsibilities in poor lighting and difficult environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
