Job Overview
DSD is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Onsite IT Specialist to join our team and provide support with all elements relating to day-to-day network operations. Require understanding and experience for 5+ years with loading and use of AutoCAD and Revit, Computer Set-Ups, Microsoft Products. Minimum Qualifications/ IT Duties:
• Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel Outlook, etc.)
• Familiar with Autodesk Products; AutoCAD and Revit / Use, loading and licensing requirements.
• Formally educated in IT system, computer servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read software products.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise.
• Set up workstations and computers.
• Assign Outlook licenses to the team.
• Examine PC software descriptions and finding computers that match requirements.
• Usage of Autodesk and Scanner products during day-to-day activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff requiring any technical assistance.
• Monitor website page and performance metrics.
• Printer and Software Installation.
• Maintenance of daily office equipment.
• Maintaining computer and IT related equipment lists, condition and replacement schedules.
• Plotter/printer installation.
• Maintain company IT Policies, Procedures, and System Description Documentation.
• Maintain an Active Software and Equipment list.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• 40 hours /week
