Job Overview

DSD is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Onsite IT Specialist to join our team and provide support with all elements relating to day-to-day network operations. Require understanding and experience for 5+ years with loading and use of AutoCAD and Revit, Computer Set-Ups, Microsoft Products. Minimum Qualifications/ IT Duties:​

• Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel Outlook, etc.)​\

• Familiar with Autodesk Products; AutoCAD and Revit / Use, loading and licensing requirements.​

• Formally educated in IT system, computer servicing, and troubleshooting. ​

• Able to read software products.

 

Responsibilities:​

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise.​

• Set up workstations and computers.​

• Assign Outlook licenses to the team.​

• Examine PC software descriptions and finding computers that match requirements.​

• Usage of Autodesk and Scanner products during day-to-day activities.​

• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff requiring any technical assistance.​

• Monitor website page and performance metrics.​

• Printer and Software Installation.​

• Maintenance of daily office equipment.​

• Maintaining computer and IT related equipment lists, condition and replacement schedules.​

• Plotter/printer installation.​

• Maintain company IT Policies, Procedures, and System Description Documentation.​

• Maintain an Active Software and Equipment list. ​​

Schedule: ​

• 8 hour shift​

• 40 hours /week

 

Education: Accredited College/ Education ​

Experience:​

• IT operations: 5 years (Required)

• Microsoft Products: 3 years (Required)
